If the maximum current draw is 30 amps, this would not work. There are two thirty amp fuses in the amplifier. The main amp before the battery should be 80 amps. Please work with Best Buy’s Geek Squad. They will verify the fit and assist you with any further questions.

This is an amp that I have and if it draws a total of 60A, Now I'm not an electrical expert but I'm assuming this is 30A per channel as hooking them up in series makes no sense to have two that I can think of. There is an Alpine D amp which has a 40A fuse that I am going to install this week which is just over 30A but not double it. From what other installers have told me, they said the system can technically do up to 100A but the problem you'll run into is that you'll drain the battery faster than it can be recharged. 40A seems safer than 60A to me.
