• You can add a back up camera but it will set you back over $200 I do not know if it can charge a phone as I have not had it installed it yet

• There is a USB jack with an extention that comes out from behind the unit, so yes, it will charge your phone (though not all that quickly)... and yes it supports a backup camera (if you want to use a factory, existing backup camera, a separate interface that connects to your car's harness, needs to be installed, unless you wanna start cutting and testing with multimeters and cctv units, but thats a whole other ball of wax...
