It does come with a wiring harness that plugs into the back of the stereo however you will need an additional harness that will connect these wires to your car speaker system. I purchased that at Best Buy, they can look up the right one for your vehicle and order if not in stock

I bought my from Amazon , the end with harness you will connect to your vehicle and the other end with all loose wires and all the colors will match with your new stereo colors . I solder my you can connected what ever way you comfortable .Don't forget to get the "Dash Kit" for your vehicle .I hope it help . Chanh
