• Yes. The steering wheel controls on my 2010 Town and Country function the same way that they did with the factory stereo.

• I don't have any idea about specific compatibility with you vehicle steering wheel controls. BUT, devices are sold by Best Buy, Crutchfield and Amazon specifically to make the different connections required. The steering whel controls are honored by the in dash receiver in that case. Add your vehicle to your "garage" on Amazon or Crutchfield and the system tells you if the device and steering wheel may be connected and calls out which device is needed to make that connection. Best Buy is able to tell you that at Geek Squad installations too.
