I use Waze and the directions display on the screen. However, my mom purchased a JVC kw-v840bt. It seems to have a few more features and even comes with Waze and I believe it has an HDMI output. The Pioneee only has an RCA output. However, the Pioneer includes a remote, unlike the JVC. I prefer the remote due to not having steering wheel controls.
