It will fit in any vehicle that accepts a double DIN-mount. If your current radio looks like it's half this width and it's not mounted in a blank insert that looks like it's the same size as this stereo, than you'll probably need a single DIN sized unit. Of course with enough money you can probably make anything happen, but that doesn't seem practical in a 2005 Altima...
