If you have a single DIN unit currently installed (DIN is a German acronym, don't worry about it) it measures roughly 2 inches tall and 7 inches wide. The Pioneer unit in question is a double DIN unit which measures 4 inches tall and 7 inches wide. If you have that much space in your dash, the Geek Squad, or similar installation team will make it fit. My 17 year old daughter (whose car this was installed in) proclaims that it is plenty loud as is with no external amplifier required to drive her 4 speaker setup. I believe that it has a sub woofer output, so you could add a 12 inch sub for some added bass oomph. Cheers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think so, this is a double din size radio. I'm only running an amp for a sub. If you have steering wheel controls you will need an adapter.
