“Just got a Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX installed & my 7th generation ipod classic does not play. Why?The ipod icon lights up, as does the ipod, but the receiver does not play anything. The tech is checking on this, but thought I would check also. Thanks!”

• The DMH-W2770NEX does not support an iPod Classic. It is only rated for the iPhones listed on page 63 of the owners manual. When you plug in an iPhone, it will treat it as an iPod and allow you to access the songs.
