“Is there a remote turn on wire with this amp? I bought a new jeep with this radio and I took it out and don’t see the blue/white or any wire that would be the remote turn on for my kicker amp. Or which of the RCA cables to use to the amp either.”

Yes, the DMH-W2770NEX has a remote wire. it is a blue/white wire. It is shown on page 4 of the installation manual.
