Yes, absolutely! I recently purchased the 55 inch Smart Xumo TV. Although the ethernet and or wifi connection shows up in the network connections, the tv home screen indicates that it is not when trying to use any app. It then refers you back to network connections to correct it, but this continues to be futile. The Pioneer assistant could not fix the problem despite working with me to make changes for 20 minutes. After I suddenly had the call drop, I later got a call from the Best Buy Geek squad. They simply had me explain the problem and then referred me to another Geek squad number. This happened 4 times. I stopped after the 5th BB number was given! So the TV software is a continuous loop, the Pioneer service help didn't and the Best Buy Geek Squad has more help numbers than you can imagine. However, my Roku delivers excellent service through the HDMI, which makes the TV just another dumb tv monitor!
