• Yes. Model SVX300 (or later) is recommended. Other models are compatible but may limit full feature set. I own this unit, it is most excellent, but am not a Sirius user. Good luck.

• You absolutely do. The tuner connects to the head unit and comes with a dedicated antenna, but it’s a simple plug and play deal.
