If it is completely blacked out, it may have a problem. Press the reset button on the bottom right corner. If the screen is still completely blacked out and you cannot get a menu to appear, there may be an internal issue. Please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1. They will provide troubleshooting assistance.
