• The Pioneer DMH-1500NEX will work great in your 2018 Ford F150 with the use of a proper dash installation kit and wiring kit. The DMH-1500NEX includes a wire harness to power up the receiver. The included wire harness is not specific to any make, model, or year of vehicle. A vehicle specific wire harness needs to be purchased separately. The DMH-1500NEX will work with your F150 steering wheel controls with the use of an optional steering wheel control adapter.
