“Is there a way to make this unit work when using a iPhone 16 with IOS 18.5? We bought this a year or so ago and it is not compatible currently. Current firmware is 28.02”

• While the radio was not certified by Apple, the DMH-1500NEX should work with the iPhone 16, running iOS 18.5. I have tested and was able to use Apple CarPlay. Make sure you are using a quality USB-C cable, no adapters. Please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1. They will provide troubleshooting assistance.
