Yes, you need to buy a back up camera separately. Not sure of which one but the installation tech or sales rep can give you that answer when you are purchasing the system. I had this stereo installed on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe and 2005 Chevy Avalanche and I love it! Will have it installed on my 2007 motor home as well, with a back up camera.
