Usually there is almost always an adapter to accomplish this. If not, the camera feed is usually just a yellow RDA cable that can be adapted to it. The cable when stripped only has 2 wires in side. 1 in the middle and one on the side. Your truck should have either 2 or 3 wires for your back up camera and I'm sure a quick YouTube or google search would show you exactly what adapter you need or how to hardwire it in. Even if it has to be hardwired, that is actually a lit easier than it sounds.
