No, technician did a Slappy job and did now know much about stereo installation and wasn't professional either

Technician was not professional at all and by the way he ended hes work showed me that he did not know much about stereo installation. The double din i purchased on line is compatible with my 2018 Nissan with steering wheel controls and rear camera, technician did a such a slappy job that he never advised my girlfriend (double din is her Christmas present) that in order for this controls to work, her car needs a module for it and just send me like that. My girlfriend excited about her new toy she did not know about checking and aprove satisfaction on the stereo, she left and on the road noticed that controls did not work, and cameback to the store for answers and technician just then told her about such module plus he left a USB charger unplug hanging off of a panel, plus the dvd did not play movies. My girlfriend was sad of this work and i am extremely angry about it because now i have to get the module installed at a different store at 3 weeks from now and pay for installation again. Im not happy with this geeg squad
