• Plug it in and use your favorite media player. You can use VLC Player or whatever other player you'd like.

• First, you need a program to watch the movies with. Then, check that you have the necessary codecs installed. Depending on what OS you have, search online for BD software and BD codecs. The drive is only half the solution. You still need the software and codecs to decode the content.
