“Can I burn and MP4 or.MOV file created with a GOPRO Hero 4 Black (4K) and have is play back in my home blu-ray player? I transfered a small .MP4 file to a regular DVD and it played but it dropped a lot of frames as if the transfer rate was too slow.”
