    after 3 weeks of having this sound bar in my home, the remote stopped working. I then replaced the battery to no avail. I guess I need a new remote. i   (2 Answers)

    the remote worked for about 3 weeks, then stopped working. Replaced the battery to no avail. What should I do next. I am so unhappy. Love the sound bar, hate not having a working remote. Please help. JW.

      Go to the Pioneer website. They have a notice that they had issues with this model-also it should still be under warranty. They will pay postage both ways to fix the unit.
