“after 3 weeks of having this sound bar in my home, the remote stopped working. I then replaced the battery to no avail. I guess I need a new remote. i the remote worked for about 3 weeks, then stopped working. Replaced the battery to no avail. What should I do next. I am so unhappy. Love the sound bar, hate not having a working remote. Please help. JW.”

• Go to the Pioneer website. They have a notice that they had issues with this model-also it should still be under warranty. They will pay postage both ways to fix the unit.

• The Harmony 650 remote was a reasonably priced solution to get the sound bar remote working in coordination with TV, cable box and blue ray player. now I can put the Pioneer remote away for good.
