A:AnswerYou may have an issue with those heating/cooling controls in your SUV. Not too sure of it will go where the upper pocket and control screen are.
Check out cruthcfield's website and see if it fits.
A:AnswerBest thing to do is go to Best Buy, ask one of the techs to look up your year model and they can tell you if they make an install kit for that, i put it in my daughters mustang with the install kit and it looks as good as factory radio did, no gaps
A:AnswerYes. Fits perfect. No instal fit kit required. You need the wiring harness. I think it's the 86 and up Toyota. I installed in my 2003 tundra and it needed a fit kit. They said if it was 2001 or 2002 Nokia required. Have fun. Great sound with factory speakers!
A:AnswerNo. You have to get a special wiring harness to make your steering wheel controls function.
But the unit does come with a remote control that I didn't think I'd use but has become more useful without my steering wheel controls.
A:AnswerOf course. They don't know where the voltage comes from, as long as it's 12 volts. I used to hook up old stereos on my work bench and run them on 12 volts converters.. Hook up some speakers, an antenna and you're good to go.
A:AnswerIt should fit just fine. Most Ford trucks have the double din stereo, so should be a go for you. Grab some cheap Ford extraction tools and pop out the factory and wire up your harness. This stereo has no cage like a single din unit, you'll likely have to put the factory retainers on the side of this one and get any mounting trim you may need.
