Congrats on your new Polk speakers! Short answer: yes. Long answer: the T50's are rated at an impedance of 6ohms. At 6ohms, this receiver is rated at 170w/ch, with 2 channels driven. "Channels driven," as I understand it, roughly translates as: "this is is the nominal power of the system at this impedance when there are this many channels outputting sound at the same time." That said, many input sources will output from more than two channels at once, resulting in slight reductions in power output, and slight increases in THD, or total harmonic distortion. Now, the T50's are rated at a maximum power handling of 150w, but Polk recommends a very broad range of 20w-100w. The VSX-LX102's power is plenty for this system, but might actually be a little overpowered. There's nothing terribly wrong with that, but you would have to be careful to avoid clipping, and ultimately damaging your floor speakers at higher volumes.
