• Yes. 8 ohm impedance is ideal. However, you may want to play it conservative when it comes to volume since the speakers are older and are rated for 40/50 watts. That is about half off the wattage that the vsx lx303 can put out. If you are looking for easy upgrade for other speakers in the future, this could be a good fit. If not, you might want to get something with less power and fewer channels.

• Yes, all speakers work with this unit. Only the sub woofer may not. Needs to have a rc jack
