I agree. It is the first thing I look for and should be listed. This is from the Pioneer website. 100 Watts per channel (8 ohms, 20 Hz-20 kHz, THD 0.08 %, 2-channel driven )

It says right on the back that it consumes 750w from the wall, so figuring it's a class D amplifier the absolute best it could put out is a total of 675 watts total, or 75 watts per channel. Why can't companies stop the deceptive advertising and just list the real power?
