There should not be a problem. As long as everything is wired up with correctly it's the right amount of power. Fosgate speakers would actually take more, but this amp for the price would do the job just fine. Unless I miss read an you want to took all 8 speakers, ( 2 woofers,2 tweeters up front and 2 woofers, 2 tweeters in the rear) off a two channel amp, then eh. Not sure. It is 2 ohm stable. Power would increase to 90 wattz @ 2 ohm. It would still be fine, but would tax the amp a bit more. It should be fine just make sure the amp has enough room to breathe.
