Yes, the Pioneer GM-D9705 will work great to power 2 Pioneer 12 inch subs. Please note: the Pioneer GM-D9705 is a 5 channel amplifier. That means it's designed to power a subwoofer or 2 as well as your front speakers and your rear speakers all at the same time. It delivers a ton of power to a bunch of speakers. If you're not really after all of that in the amp, and If you're really looking for a subwoofer only amplifier please consider the Pioneer GM-D8701. GM-D8701 will work great for the 2 Pioneer 12 inch subs.
