• May need vehicle specific trim components if not replacing a single-DIN aftermarket receiver otherwise yes. Cables provided are for splicing however vehicle specific adapters ar available in many cases.

• I think you would need the 'wiring harness' for your particular vehicle. I think you can buy it from best buy or other places on the web.
