“Will this be compatable to a Haitachi receiver? My current turntable, which is a pioneer, has two plugs which attach to the receiver. How many are on this turntable? If only one, will it work? All I need is a turntable, not a receiver.”

Should work just fine. Turntable has a white and red plug that should be connected to the AUX port on your receiver.
