• You can use any good quality RCA cables. Use the audio out for the subwoofer on your receiver to the pioneer sub. This unit puts out huge base just a peace of advice set the subwoofer on a subwoofer stand it makes a big difference on sound quality. Hope this helps you out.

• The normal hookup is via a single RCA cable - I used the red side connector on both sides.
