The warranty seems to only replace parts and you have to install them yourself. It takes 6 weeks. They won't replace the unit. Be prepared to be in hold for 45 minutes every time you ahve an issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All pit boss warranties are 5 yrs. When you buy it and receive it. Go to the Pit Boss website and register it for free. The one year warranty from best buy is just for that 1st yr they will cover it. After that pit boss will handle everything.
