A:Answer It’s pretty limited. The settings are Low (like 160-180), 200, 225, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, High. It’s something like that, definitely not as small as 5 degree increments. Still a great experience so far, especially with the direct sear option. To me that outweighs the lack of temp options.
