Is this model the one with ceramic griddle flat top? null

Yes. It loses some non stick like all ceramics but i always use oil or butter so i have no problems. Cleanup takes about 1 min and no constant seasoning like the other types. I love it.

Yes, this model has the ceramic coating . Clean up is very easy!
