- Answer It takes a standard size propane tank that you would use with a gas grill, 20lb tank. Also, it has the hose that connects to the grill.

- Answer You can easily do this by yourself until the very end when it's safer to have two people to place the griddle in the firebox. 2-3 hours. Very good instructions

QuestionDoes this 5 burner unit lift off / become portable like the other smaller models in this series?

- Answer No this unit does not lift off like the smaller units. The griddle top does lift off if you need to replace it, but the entire unit has to stay together with the cabinet.
