• You can easily do this by yourself until the very end when it's safer to have two people to place the griddle in the firebox. 2-3 hours. Very good instructions

• It took my husband and I about 2 hours to assemble with breaks. There are alot of pieces, which was intimidating at first. Take your time to review the instructions from the manual nad you will get it. Be ready to use some of your own tools. Good luck.
