It is mostly because of your Windows OS. Windows PC does not support bluetooth audio streaming without installing 3rd-party applications. However, any Apple computer will provide such support without installing any extra application.

This model is compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth headsets and audio streaming. Many devices are equipped with an internal Bluetooth card, however Bluetooth technology works through Bluetooth profiles and these are the ones that the Bluetooth card should have to at least allow a connection to the earpiece: Audio transmissions, Hands Free (HFP) and/or Headset (HSP) Bluetooth profiles. In addition to this, please try updating the Bluetooth Drivers from your computer. To make your Backbeat FIT 305 visible to other devices, remember to set it in pairing mode. To do so: Power OFF your BB FIT 300, then press and hold the Power Button for 6 or 9 seconds until the LED on the ear buds starts blinking red and blue repeatedly.
