Most computers/laptops nowadays have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles and these are the ones the ear buds need to at least allow a connection: HFP 1.7, HSP 1.2, A2DP 1.3, AVRCP 1.6. To try to pair them to your laptop, set the right ear bud on pairing mode, to do so: Make sure the unit is powered off. Then press and hold the power button for 6 or 8 seconds, until the indicator light flashes red and white repeatedly. You should see the BBFIT 3150 listed under available devices on Bluetooth. Select it to pair, then power on the left ear bud and it should pair to the right ear bud after a few seconds.
