QuestionI have had a similar set of headphones that were really good except when talking on the phone. Do both sides work for audio when on a call?

- Answer They only work well with phone calls if there is no background noise. I tried them while driving and they pick up every sound. I tried city driving and interstate and it was pretty hard to hear me through the background noise. Using them in my home was fine.

QuestionAre these able to be worn while wearing glasses? I can imagine the over-ear part becoming cramped if you’re also wearing glasses.

- Answer Im wearing glasses right now. The beats in the same price point arent nearly as comfortable as these. So yes, these work fine with glasses.

- Answer Yes, you can wear only one, and using the BackBeat phone app you can choose which one connects to your phone. Also, the more-open design of the headphones (as opposed to a sealing silicone ear bud) makes it easier to hear things around you.

- Answer Hi Mike, none of our headset products contain latex. The bodies of our headsets contain no natural rubber substances. The external surfaces are composed principally of molded plastic parts with no natural rubber composition.

QuestionHow do I connect or pair the Plantronics to my iPhone?

- Answer Hello Linda! In order to pair your BackBeat FIT 3150 to your iPhone you simply need to set the unit in pairing mode: With the headset powered off, click and hold the right earbud for about 8 seconds until you hear "pairing." Then you will see the device listed under Bluetooth settings. Once you select it, the left ear bud should pair to the right one within a few seconds. In case this doesn't happen, turn on the left earpiece by pressing the button for approximately 3 seconds and then it should pair. Here you will find the complete user guide: https://bit.ly/3gu8qvh. - Answer I did not think these were heavy on the ear at all and once on couldn’t feel them at all. The rubber ear thing is a little thick and I found I needed to take my glasses off first and put them on but once on were fine which I worried about and they are however very pliable and soft.
