- Answer Hi Tagh, the BackBeat FIT 3150 is basically a set of earbuds for sports, and it should work with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. If you're Kindle reader supports Bluetooth headsets, then they might work. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles, and these are the ones the ear buds require to at least allow a connection: HFP 1.7, HSP 1.2, A2DP 1.3, AVRCP 1.5. QuestionThe audio on the right earbud is not coming through, the buttons on the right ear bud still can pause and skip through songs, but the audio only plays on left earbud. Any fix?

To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. To set the ear buds in pair mode, with the headset powered off, click and hold the right earbud until you hear "pairing." Lastly, testing the ear buds with a different phone is also ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. QuestionHi! The sound quality is horrible. I link them to my Samsung 6- other buds are not affected I wanted these because they have the over the ear hooks and they don't have those pointy buds that stick in your ear. What can I do to improve the sound?

- Answer Settings --> Devices --> Bluetooth (turn ON) --> Add Bluetooth or other device. Then put the earbuds in pairing mode and they should pop-up under the 'Audio' section after a few seconds.

- Answer No - they do go into your ear a little. Basically a typical earbud that has a loop that fits around your ear to help hold it in place. This design allows for outside noise / voices. They are really nice if this type of design woks for you.

QuestionSomewhere, I can't quite remember where, it is mentioned that there's a specific charger that's needed for these. Does it come with the ear buds or does it need to be bought separately?

- Answer These charge with a standard Micro USB-to-USB cable, and it comes with a (very) short cable in the package (see photo). You plug this into the carrying case, which also has a rechargeable battery in it so you can charge your headphones on the go. The headphones themselves charge when attached to the case, so maybe that’s the specific charger you had heard about. These headphones do not come with a USB wall charger, but it should work with the same one that comes with most smartphones, or you can just plug the case into your computer’s USB port to charge it.
