To troubleshoot it, reset the Bluetooth connection between your phone and ear buds. To do so: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. To set the ear buds in pairing mode, make sure they're completly off and then press and hold the power button for 6 or 8 seconds, until the LED flashes red and white repeatedly and you should be able to see it again under Bluetooth settings. Lastly, if you still get audio issues, reset the Networks settings on your phone.
