“On my BackBeat FIT 300 I had issues with the right side shorting out. Love the headphones otherwise and I would like to order a new set, but I am worried about the same issue. Do you know if this is an issue that was fixed with the 350?”

Hi! We're glad to hear you're interested in our BackBeat FIT 350. This model was released shortly after the 300 and with every new release Poly actively works on improving our products. The 350 shares many of the 300 features, having the ear loops as the main difference. Scenarios where the same issue takes place through consecutive units are very unlikely.
