Hi Danny. The BackBeat FIT 6100 is mainly intended for sports and entertainment; Hence the unit will work correctly with any smart phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth headsets. As for being able to pair it with a Windows 10 PC, you should be able to pair the headphones; However, it may not provide the same performance as with a cell phone in terms of range, connectivity and audio quality. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles. Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. These are the Bluetooth profiles the headphones require to at least allow a connection: HFP 1.7, HSP 1.2, A2DP 1.3, AVRCP 1.6. If you're interested in using headphones for MS Teams, Zoom, and so on, we strongly recommend you to check out our Voyager 8200 UC. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the Plantronics - BackBeat FIT 505, tested it and then bought the Plantronics - Backbeat FIT 6100, and tested it too. Like the Plantronics - BackBeat FIT 505 the Plantronics - Backbeat FIT 6100 work fine with MS teams, Zoom, Webex, skype and Google Voice for meetings. However the volume and mute controls on the headset do not work with MS teams, Zoom, Webex, skype and Google. You have to use the software app to control the volume and mute. The volume and mute controls on the headset do work for like music and cell phone connections. I do like that the mute button is a just a single button and not a combination of two buttons. The swiping of up and down for volume, left and right for audio track advancement and middle tap to end a call takes some getting use too. I paused the audio once or twice when I meant to advance the track. I think the audio on Plantronics - Backbeat FIT 6100 is a little better than the Plantronics - BackBeat FIT 505. I could hear people and they could hear me. I walked to my kitchen and back which is probably 75 feet away and I could still hear and they could hear me. I do like that your ears fit inside the ear cups on the Plantronics - Backbeat FIT 6100 where as on the Plantronics - BackBeat FIT 505 the ear cups sit against your ears. I didn't really care for the open mic feature as it make the sound produce more static. Plantronics told me I would need to get the Plantronics - Voyager 4200 is I wanted to use the volume and mute controls on the headset with MS teams, Zoom, Webex, skype and Google Voice but these headset keep going up in price and bestbuy does not sell the Plantronics - Voyager 4200. So if your wanting basic sound with no headset audio control for meetings at a lower price $60 the Plantronics - BackBeat FIT 505 is it. If your wanting better sound with no headset audio control for meetings at a slightly higher price $100 the Plantronics - Backbeat FIT 6100 is it. If you want a headset with audio control for meetings at a high price of $150 then the Plantronics - Voyager 4200 but I have idea how then sound because I didn't buy them. I think I will just stick with the Plantronics - Backbeat FIT 6100 and return the Plantronics - BackBeat FIT 505 to the store.
