Yes, I have successfully paired these headphones to my Samsung Galaxy S7 (Sprint) & my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active (AT&T)

Make sure, for instance, that the phone is searching, at the same time as the headphones (the instructions give specific button holds needed to initiate pairing).

Then press and hold the power key until the light flashes red and blue. Then on the phone go to the Bluetooth screen and scan for devices. Should show up.
