• Yes it is a wired headset but it does not use a usb it has a headphone and microphone jack that T's in to 1 wire that goes to the headset

• It's a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Not USB, it also comes with an adapter that splits the 3.5mm headphone jack for headphone and microphone plugs.

• Unit comes with a wire for mic and for audio. 100% wired and you need both of those ports to be able to hear and speak

• Yes using these for the PlayStation and can talk to your friends. Comes with an adapter so you can use it on a computer since the computer has dual plug, one for mic one for audio.
