“Compatibility I recently started working from home and have an Avaya 9621G/9641G desk phone. I desperately need a wireless headset, but am so lost as to what I need. Will the DECT 6.0 Wireless Headset System work for this phone? If so, is that all I need, or do I need something else to make them work together? I need something that has good noise cancellation and range. Thanks!”

Hello- Yes, the CS55 will work with your Avaya phone. If you would like to use the headset to answer/end phone calls you will also need the APV-6 EHS cable or the HL-10 handset lifter.
