Q: Compatabilitiy with RCA phone?
A: Hello- The CS55 will work with most corded office type phones that have a handset that can be unplugged. Please note that the headset will not work with phones that have the dial pad built into the handset. For most phones you will also the HL10 handset lifter in order to answer/end calls. A: Hello- Yes, the CS55 will work with your Avaya phone. If you would like to use the headset to answer/end phone calls you will also need the APV-6 EHS cable or the HL-10 handset lifter.
