Q: QuestionMy mom and dad lost my mic where I put it on the table and they lost it. What do I do can I get a new one

Q: QuestionJust bought the rig 400hx. It doesnt seem to work on the standard xb1 controller that came with my console, but works with a goofy wired controller I have and my phone so I know it isn't the headset. Checked all volume levels and still nothing. Any ideas?

• A:Answer Dolby Atmos needs to be supported by the audio source, as it's not provided by the headset itself. Our RIG400LX does include a Dolby Atmos activation code for Microsoft accounts but this is not included on the RIG 400HX.
