“When the top knob is turned all the way down towards chat volume, is this headset still supposed to have game sound?”

• No there will be no game sound and vise versa if the knob is turned all the way up you won't hear any chat sound only game sound.

• No, There should be no game sound if its all the way down. Same for if it's all the way up, where there should be no chat sound.
