• Yes. As long as both profiles are logged in, you can associate each headset to a profile/controller

• Xbox one has 3 USB ports therefore I believe you could use 2 sets of headphones as long as the dongle for each set was plugged in. I’m not sure if both headsets would work off the same dongle.
