Q: QuestionRight now I have an issue where my headset has lost control when it comes to the buttons. I turn my headset off but I can still hear my game and sound fine. My mic does not mute and my volume can't be controlled on my headset. How do I fix this?

• A:Answer Yes, RIG 800LX replacement receivers are available for RIG 800LX headsets. Search for RIG 700HX/RIG800LX Wireless Base for Xbox and you should be able to find it. Make sure it says that its sold by RIG Gaming for the only source of correct manufacturer replacement parts. Thank you.

• A:Answer Yes, you would each need to sync each headset to it's own reciever. I have not tested if you can run them both off of a usb hub but I don't see why not. (I would suggest getting a powered one just in case)

Q: QuestionAny idea how to fix mic quality? I recently upgraded to these, and they would work perfectly if it wasn’t for the mic quality, which for some reason, is very poor but only in xbox party chat. I sent voice messages and it sounded much better in those.

Q: QuestionOk, so the switch is set to console, on the Dolby app it says it’s connected, the headphones themselves say they’re connect, but I’m still not getting sound. And yes I adjusted the volume to see if that was the problem. (Xbox one x)

• A:Answer Look for “in-game” audio settings. See if you need to change the chat function to “headset”. I am also assuming you have unplugged the mic piece and plugged it back in. You should feel it click solidly into place. Also look in system settings for chat function. Depending on your age and the account permissions, there may be parental controls blocking chat. If you are playing cross platform games such as COD Warzone, in game go to audio settings and turn off cross play chat, and turn it back on.

Q: QuestionHow do you enable and configure the Dolby Atmos? The Dolby Access App says it can only be configured via HDMI/optical cable. This headset connects via USB :-(

• A:Answer If you are using it with the XBox, you will enable it via XBox Live. To redeem the code included with RIG 800LX: 1) On XBox One go to XBox Store > Games > Use a Code 2) Enter the 25 digit code including dashes. You can also redeem on live.xbox.com You can also redeem on the Microsoft store: 1) Launch store > Select Account Menu > Select Redeem Code 2) Enter the 25 digit code including dashes. You can also redeem on live.xbox.com Your XBox or PC will recognize the headset connection via USB. Just make sure it is plugged in and the headset is connected to the base before setting up the Dolby Atmos as it looks for the device you are using. When the headset is connected, you should see a "Headset assigned" message pop up on your XBOX and there should be a green ring around your profile picture. • A:Answer Here are a few things you can try: • Check that the microphone boom is connected properly to your headset, pressed all the way in. • Check that the microphone boom tip is facing your mouth and not twisted. Refer to your user guide and product images for proper orientation. • Make sure the flip-to-mute microphone is all the way down when active on the mic and all the way up when you want to mute (You will hear beep confirming mute) If you are still having issues, please contact RIG Customer Support at [email protected].

• A:Answer sometimes I have to unplug the Bluetooth from the Xbox. The headset will say battery full headset NOT connected and I'll turn them off and unplug and replace the Bluetooth adapter back into the Xbox and turn them back on, it has always connected then
